"BMTC" LTD, hereinafter referred to as "the Company" for short, adopts this Information Disclosure Policy in compliance with Articles 28 and 29 of the Law on Public Enterprises, Article 63, Paragraph 1 of the Regulations for the Implementation of the law on public enterprises.
The purpose of this Policy is to outline the framework for providing information to interested parties, with a view to ensuring the possibility of making objective and informed decisions and assessments of the activities of "BMTC" LTD. When disclosing information, the Company is guided by the principles of: accuracy; accessibility; equity; timeliness; completeness; regularity. As a public enterprise within the meaning of the Law on Public Enterprises, "BMTC" LTD has an obligation to disclose both financial and non-financial information in a way that guarantees the transparency of its activities, as well as the activities of the management - the Board of Directors (BoD). The requirement of transparency aims to maintain the confidence of the public and the business circles in the work of the Company.
The Board of Directors of the Company is responsible for fulfilling the obligation to disclose information about the enterprise, and the specific obligations for preparing the information are delegated to the relevant structural units and officials specified in this Policy.
